UPDATE: Victory Nickel Completes Asset Purchase Agreement for Seven Persons Sand Plant; Shares Jump 20%

Victory Nickel Inc. (NI.TO) has completed an asset purchase agreement for the Seven Persons sand recycling facility, located southwest of Medicine Hat, Alberta.

"The acquisition of the 7P Facility presents Victory Silica with an avenue to generate cash flow for Victory Nickel from frac sand production and sales in the near term," said Rene Galipeau, Vice-Chairman and CEO of Victory Nickel.

NI has jumped 20% to 3 cents but is just a cent above year low 2 cents. Over 461,000 NI shares have changed hands.
