Update: Top unusual option activity

As of today's market close, here are the top 10 names showing unusual option activity on tradeMONSTER's LiveAction data system.

El Paso Pipeline Partners (EPB): Option volume 2,261 percent above average. Call activity surged as investors looked to reap the cash dividend.

Commercial Metals (CMC): Option volume 2,028 percent above average. Investors bought the September 16 calls and the December 16 calls, looking for upside. CMC fell 0.75 percent to $14.59.

Sanmina-SCI (SANM): Option volume 1,826 percent above average. Investors sold more about 2,000 August 11 puts for $0.45 to $0.65, looking for the stock to hold its ground. SANM rallied 21 percent to $11.19.

Kindred Healthcare (KND: Option volume 1,338 percent above average. Investors purchased about 4,000 August 22.50 calls for $0.50 to $0.95, looking for upside. KND rose 0.25 percent to $19.88.

PF Chang's China Bistro (PFCB): Option volume 1,224 percent above average. Investors bought more than 3,000 August 40 calls and about 1,500 August 40 puts before earnings come out tomorrow morning. PFCB rose 1.53 percent to $39.25.

Kemet (KEM): Option volume 1,169 percent above average.
Trinity Industries (TRN): Option volume 1,156 percent above average.
WR Grace (GRA): Option volume 1,080 percent above average.
Helix Energy Solutions (HLX): Option volume 1,013 percent above average.
RadioShack (RSH): Option volume 1,044 percent above average.
