UPDATE: Orvana Minerals Q1 EPS Misses Estimates, Revenues Climb 121%; Guides FY 2013 Production; Shares Up Slightly

Orvana Minerals Corp. (ORV.TO) reported first quarter 2013 earnings per share of $0.03, below consensus estimate of $0.07. Adjusted net income was $4,341, with revenues of $34,028.

In the same period last year, the company had a net loss of $3,254, or $0.02 per share, on revenues of $15,373.

For the full year 2013, the company sees production of 75,000 ounces of gold, 18 million pounds of copper and 850,000 ounces of silver.

Orvana is now up 1 cent to 96 cents mid-morning. Volume traded is 56,250.
