UPDATE: Intl Tower Hill Mines Erases Earlier Gains; Commences Major Field Drill Programs

International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (ITH.TO) announced today that it will be commencing 2 major field drill programs consisting of district-wide exploration and condemnation drilling at its Livengood Gold Project.

The company plans to drill 3,000 metres in 10 core holes as part of its initial district-wide exploration program focused on making new discoveries in its 145 square kilometer land package.

ITH erased earlier gains and is now down by 3% at $3.74 with over 19,000 shares changing hands.
