UPDATE: Canadian Energy Services Acquires Mega Fluids; Canadian Energy Turns Positive

Canadian Energy Services & Technology Corp.'s (CEU.TO) wholly-owned indirect US subsidiary, AES Drilling Fluids, LLC, has acquired the drilling fluids business assets of Mega Fluids Mid-Continent, LLC.

Mega Mid-Continent is an Oklahoma-based private drilling fluids company that provides drilling fluid solutions for a number of leading oil and natural gas companies with a focus on the growing Mississippi Lime oil play.

CEU has moved into the green in the afternoon trade, rises 3% to day high $10.90.
