UPDATE: Air Products & Chemicals Down 6%, Closer To Yr Lows After Q4

Air Products & Chemicals ( APD ) is now down more than 6% and closer to year lows after it reported mixed Q4 results and provided downbeat guidance for Q1 and FY13. The chemical manufacturing company reported Q4 earnings of $1.42 per share, ex one-time items, versus the Capital IQ consensus of $1.43. Revenues were $2.61 bln, versus the analyst estimate of $2.51 bln.

For Q1, the company expects EPS of $1.26 - $1.31, below the consensus of
