TSX At 10am -- Down 6 Pts, With Mixed Sectors

The TSX is down 6 points this morning, with sectors mixed. The biggest gainer so far is info tech, adding 0.35%. Blackberry (BB.TO) is trading at a 4-month high of $10.63, after the US Defense Dept said about 80,000 BlackBerrys will be deployed on its new mobile device management system by the end of January.

Mining is the biggest loser, down 1.15%, on the back of slipping commodities prices. Barrick Gold (ABX.TO) is down nearly 2%.

Statistics Canada this morning reported that wholesale sales were unchanged in November -- flat at $50.4 billion.
