Transamerica Income Shares, Inc. (TAI) Ex-Dividend Date Scheduled for January 29, 2013

Transamerica Income Shares, Inc. ( TAI ) will begin trading ex-dividend on January 29, 2013. A cash dividend payment of $0.095 per share is scheduled to be paid on February 15, 2013. Shareholders who purchased TAI stock prior to the ex-dividend date are eligible for the cash dividend payment.

The previous trading day's last sale of TAI was $23.17, representing a -12.07% decrease from the 52 week high of $26.35 and a 8.58% increase over the 52 week low of $21.34.
