Thursday's ETF Movers: KRE, GDXJ

In trading on Thursday, the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF ( KRE ) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Banner ( BANR ), up about 4.6% and shares of Wilshire Bancorp ( WIBC ), up about 4% on the day.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the Junior Gold Miners ETF ( GDXJ ), down about 3.3% in Thursday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Thursday were shares of Lake Shore Gold (LSG.CA), lower by about 6.1%, and shares of Rubicon Minerals (RMX.CA), lower by about 5.6% on the day.
