Grant connects people with disabilities to well-suited jobs and
career pathways
PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
The Standard Charitable Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Standard
Insurance Company ("The Standard"), has awarded a $20,000 grant to
support DePaul Industries' Project SEARCH. The grant will support the
program's work to secure employment for people with intellectual and
developmental disabilities.

more fulfilling, self-sufficient lives," said Dave Shaffer, president

Project SEARCH is an internationally recognized program originally
founded in Cincinnati, OH. The only organization operating Project
SEARCH in the state of Oregon, DePaul Industries is actively closing the
unemployment gap for people with disabilities by connecting them with
fulfilling jobs where they can excel.
