The New Home Company prices IPO at $11, below the range

The New Home Company, a single-family homebuilder focused on major metropolitan areas in CA, raised $86 million by offering 7.8 million shares at $11, below the range of $15 to $17. The New Home Company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol NWHM. Citi, J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse acted as lead underwriters on the deal.
