Textura prices upsized IPO at $15, high end of the range

Textura, which provides on-demand project management software for the construction industry, raised $75 million by offering 5 million shares at $15, at the high end of the range of $13 to $15. The company had originally planned to sell 4 million shares. Textura plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol TXTR. Credit Suisse and William Blair acted as lead managers on the deal.
