Taminco prices IPO at $15, below $18-20 range

Taminco, the world's largest pure-play producer of alkylamines and alkylamine derivatives, raised $237 million by offering 15.8 million shares at $15, below the range of $18 to $20. At the IPO price Taminco has a fully diluted market value of $1.0 billion and an enterprise value of $2.0 billion. Taminco will list on the NYSE under the symbol TAM. Citi, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Jefferies, Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank all acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
