Take 'N' Bake pizza maker Papa Murphy's files for a $70 million IPO

Papa Murphy's, the fifth largest pizza chain in the US known for its "Take 'N' Bake" pizzas, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $70 million in an initial public offering. The Vancouver, WA-based company, which was founded in 1981 and booked $80 million in sales for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol FRSH. It filed confidentially on December 16, 2013. Jefferies, Baird, and Wells Fargo are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
