Synacor quiet period ends March 21

Synacor, which enables cable TV firms to offer consumers online content and services, will see its quiet period end on 3/21/12. On 2/9/12, the company raised $34.1 million by offering 6.8 million shares at $5.00, the low end of the range of $5.00 to $6.00. BofA Merrill Lynch and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
