Street research for Whiting USA Trust II expected on May 2

Street research for Whiting USA Trust II, a trust formed by Whiting Petroleum to own interests in oil and natural gas assets, is expected to be released on 5/2/12. On 3/22/12, the company raised $320.0 million by offering 16,000,000 shares at $20.00, within the range of $19.00 to $21.00. Raymond James acted as lead managers on the deal.
