Street research for MRC Global expected on May 22

Street research for MRC Global, the largest global pipes, valves and fitting (PVF) and services supplier to the energy industry, is expected to be released on 5/22/12. On 4/11/12, the company raised $477.3 million by offering 22,727,273 shares at $21.00, the low end of the range of $21.00 to $23.00. Goldman Sachs and Barclays acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
