Street research for EverBank Financial Corp, an online bank providing lending and investing products to 575,000 customers, is expected to be released on 5/29/12. On 5/2/12, the company raised $192.2 million by offering 19,220,000 shares at $10.00, below the range of $11.00 to $12.00. Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
