SolarCity prices IPO at $8

SolarCity, which leases and installs solar energy systems for homes and businesses, raised $92 million by offering 11.5 million shares at $8. SolarCity plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol SCTY. Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
