Nancy Schoendorf, who sits on the board of directros at Shutterfly ( SFLY ) , bought 15,000 shares of the company's common stock on Feb. 12. At $44.71 per share, Schoendorf paid a total of $670,650.

IK-> The technicals for SFLY ($47.30 up $0.91) are bearish with an upward trend. Recent support has been around $42.75 and recent resistance has been around 49.67. Standard & Poor's does not follow the stock. Look at the June 30/35 bull-put spread for a 25-cent credit. That's a 5.26% return and the stock has to fall 26.0% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
