Service Corporation International ( SCI ) has announced an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2012 and a cash dividend payment of $0.06 per share scheduled for December 31, 2012. Shareholders who purchased SCI stock prior to the ex-dividend date are eligible for the cash dividend payment. This marks the 3rd quarter that SCI has paid the same dividend. At the current stock price of $14.25, the dividend yield is 1.68%.
