Technology shares were generally lower in pre-market trade Monday.

In technology stocks news, Zynga ( ZNGA ) was up 3% in pre-market trade after the stock was added to Wedbush's Best Ideas list with a $7 price target.

And, Yahoo ( YHOO ) plans to delve into the video content business as it it close to purchasing four Web series, the Wall Street Journal reported Sunday evening. YHOO trades in a 52-week range of $22.70 to $41.72.

Finally, Weibo ( WB ) set an IPO price range of $17 to $19, CNBC reported late Friday. The company is aiming to raise $3.5 billion to $3.9 billion in the offering.
