vs. $10.17 per share last year. The Street view was $0.43 per
share, if comparable.
But Molex (
) shares are down 3.2% after it reported Q4 revs of $882.9 million,
below the analyst consensus of $888.4 million on Capital IQ. EPS
was $0.32, vs. expectations of $0.34 per share. For Q1, the company
guides for revs of $890-$930 million and EPS of $0.35-$0.39, vs.
the Street view of $934 million in revs and earnings of $0.40 per

) shares are down 14.5% after it reported Q2 results of $0.39, off
from consensus expectations by $0.13. Top line sales came in at
$520 million, below consensus of $721 million, primarily attributed
to lower systems business revenue recognition.
The company lowered its FY13 guidance to take into account lower
net sales, the impact of higher operating expenses associated with
the GE partnership, and dilution from the equity offering coupled
with the issuance of shares to GE.
