) is down 2.2% at $20.70.
In stocks news, ATP Oil & Gas Corp. (
) is down near 30% at $1.40 after making a new 52-week low of $1.35
on rumors that its bondholders are preparing for a potential
restructuring, organizing a group to represent their interests,
writes Bloomberg Businessweek.
