Seabridge Gold Loses Strong Mid-Morning Gains, Turns Negative, Undoing Early Recover As Buys Take In Wolfpack Gold Corp

Seabridge Gold Inc. ( SA ) has lost strong gains that saw it touch a day high $10.37 mid-morning and it has now turned negative again - undoing all of the good work that saw it recover after slipping to a day low $9.94 from an open of $10.

This comes amid news it has acquired ownership of 5,506,500 shares of Wolfpack Gold Corp under a reverse takeover transaction. The acquisition represents 11.04% of the outstanding shares of the Company.

The Shares were issued to SA upon completion of a RTO between Tigris Urnanium and Wolfpack Gold Corp.
