Rocket Fuel prices IPO at $29, the top of the upwardly revised range

Rocket Fuel, which provides an automated platform to optimize real-time digital ad buying, raised $116 million by offering 4.0 million shares at $29, the high end of the upwardly revised range of $27 to $29. The company had originally planned to offer shares at a range of $24 to $27. Rocket Fuel will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol FUEL. Rocket Fuel initially filed confidentially on 5/24/2013. Credit Suisse and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
