RockBridge Resources Signs Strategic Alliance Agreement with Crimson

RockBridge Resources Inc. (RBE.V) has signed a strategic alliance agreement ( SAA ) with Crimson Energy Ltd., a private oil and gas company of Calgary, Alberta.

The company and Crimson have agreed to cancel their previous agreement that contemplated their proposed merger, and instead make efforts in the near future to effect a business combination of the companies when financial markets are improved.

Under the SAA, the 2 companies will continue to work together on existing and new possible projects of interest including in the Violet Grove area of Alberta.

RBE was last trading at 5 cents per share.
