Reviews website Yelp prices at $15, above the range

Yelp, a local business reviews website with 66 million monthly users, priced its 7.15 million share IPO at $15, above the $12-$14 range. The company now commands a fully diluted market cap of $987 million. Goldman Sachs and Citi were the lead underwriters on the deal, which is expected to trade today on the NYSE under the ticker "YELP".
