Recon Technology Posts Q3 48% Revs Increase, Trimmed Loss - Shares Up 12%, But Off Day Highs

Recon Technology, Ltd. ( RCON )are up 12% at $2.37, off a day's high of $2.68 and a yr high of $4.58, moving on significant yoy improvements for Q3.

The Chinese non-state-owned oilfield services provider posted Q3 diluted net income per share at RMB0.03 ($0.00) compared to diluted net loss per share of RMB0.51 for the three-month period ended March 31, 2011.

Q3 revenues increased 48.59% to RMB13.02 million ($2.06 million) from RMB8.76 million in the three months ended March 31, 2011.
