 Put options for U.S. Listed Russian ETF Jump at Fastest Pace in 4 Years. Cyprus is a major issue for the world but the focus on Russia here is so overdone. Image courtesy The Kremlin: www.kremlin.ru With 60 billion of total exposure in loans and deposits and a lot of political capital invested in Cypriot entities is significant but not a sign of Russian macro weakness.

The Market Vectors Russia Index ( RSX , quote ) ETF put options are seeing over 8k put options traded to 119 call options across all expiration months pushing volatility 25%.
