Proto Labs quiet period ends April 4

Proto Labs, which manufactures quick-turn, low-volume molded custom parts for prototyping, will see its quiet period end on 4/4/12. On 2/23/12, the company raised $68.8 million by offering 4.3 million shares at $16.00, above the range of $13.00 to $15.00. Jefferies and Piper Jaffray acted as lead managers on the deal.
