Phillips 66 board member buys 13,600 shares

William Loomis, who sits on the board of directors at Phillips 66 ( PSX ) , bought 13,600 shares of the company's common stock on Jan. 31. At $73.55 per share, Loomis paid a total of $1,000,277 for the new shares.

IK-> The technicals for PSX ($70.06 down $1.08) are bullish with a downward trend. Recent support has been around $69.59 and recent resistance has been around $78.00. Standard & Poor's has a four STARs (out of five) rating on the stock. Look at the May 52.50/57.50 bull-put spread for a 25-cent credit.
