Nir Zuk, the founder and CTO of Palo Alto Networks ( PANW ) sold 110,000 shares of the company's common stock on Jan. 2. At $55.40 per share, Zuk pulled in a total of $6,101,905..

IK-> The technicals for PANW ($59.96 up $2.12) are bullish with an upward trend. Recent support has been around $54.73 and recent resistance has been around $60.24. Standard & Poor's does not follow the stock. Look at the March 70/75 bear-call spread for a 55-cent credit. That's an 12.36% return and the stock has to rise 16.7% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
