OCI Partners prices IPO at $18, below the range

OCI Partners LP, which owns and operates a methanol and ammonia production facility in Texas, raised $315 million by offering 17.5 million shares at $18, below the range of $19 to $21. OCI Partners LP plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol OCIP. BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
