Nouveau Monde Mining Announces Completion of Amalgamation

The amalgamation of Tucson Acquisition Corporation, a capital pool company, and New World Mining Enterprises Inc., a private company located in Gatineau, Quebec was completed on December 31 to create Nouveau Monde Mining Enterprises Inc., the company confirmed today.

The amalgamation constituted the qualifying transaction of Tucson in accordance with the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange. Upon receipt of final approval from the TSX-V, Nouveau Monde will begin trading under the symbol NOU.
