Noodles & Company prices IPO at $18, above the revised range

Noodles & Company, which operates 343 fast-casual restaurants serving global pasta bowls, raised $96.4 million by offering 5.4 million shares at $18, above the revised $15-$17 range. The $96.4 million deal is 29% higher than its initial terms (5.4 million shares at a range of $14 to $16). Noodles will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol NDLS. Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
