) is about 48% higher year to date, as well as up about 9% in the
past week. The investment seeks daily investment results of 300%
of the performance of the MSCI US REIT Index. The nondiversified
fund normally creates long positions by investing at least 80% of
its net assets in the equity securities that comprise the index,
or financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged
exposure to the index.
