New Orleans-based First NBC Bank files for a $115 million IPO

First NBC Bank Holding Company, a full-service bank operating more than 30 branches in the New Orleans metropolitan area, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $115 million in an initial public offering. The New Orleans, LA-based company, which was founded in 2006 and generated $120 million in revenue for the 2012 fiscal year, plans to list on the NASDAQ and has not yet announced a ticker. Sandler O'Neill and Keefe Bruyette Woods are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
