Specialized global expert services firm Navigant Consulting Inc ( NCI ) recently announced the appointment of Lucinda (Cindy) Baier as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Baier will take over the new position after Thomas Nardi steps down from his position on Mar 18, 2013.

The newly appointed CFO is expected to drive Navigant to newer heights. With her leadership traits, expertise and experience of 25 years, she is expected to guide the company's business to unlock value. Baier will have the overall responsibility for the financial matters and corporate development functions.

With the past experience in many companies like Roebuck & Company and Imperial Chemical Industries, Baier has been successful in bringing transformative changes in Navigant. Baier has received awards for her commendable performance and has experience in capital and debt-raising, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and integrations. We believe that Baier's sector know-how and expertise will prove beneficial for Navigant.
