Morning Heating Oil Market Report 12/27

February heating oil prices waffled around both sides of unchanged territory during the early morning hours but remained in the upper half of yesterday's range. Some traders indicated that early support for the heating oil market came in the wake of long range weather forecasts calling for colder than normal temperatures across the US during the first quarter. However, a measure of pressure in Brent crude oil and European gasoil this morning appeared to temper upside action.
