Monday 9/26 Insider Buying Report: ENPH

As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy -- they expect to make money. So let's look at one noteworthy recent insider buy.

At Enphase Energy ( ENPH ), there was insider buying on Friday, by Director Benjamin John Kortlang who bought 600,000 shares for a cost of $1.20 each, for a total investment of $720,000. Before this latest buy, Kortlang made one other purchase in the past year, buying $522,500 shares for a cost of $2.09 each. Enphase Energy is trading up about 0.8% on the day Monday. So far Kortlang is in the green, up about 4.2% on their buy based on today's trading high of $1.25.
