Mobile device management provider Good Technology files for a $100 million IPO

Good Technology, which provides secure mobile device management to enterprises, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. The Sunnyvale, CA-based company was founded in 1996 and booked $160 million in sales for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013. Good Technology initially filed confidentially on April 29, 2013. Morgan Stanley, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch and Citi are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
