McKesson Closes PSS World Medical Acquisition - Quick Facts

(RTTNews.com) - US drug distributor McKesson Corp. ( MCK ) reported the completion of its prior announced acquisition of PSS World Medical Inc. ( PSSI ) for a total purchase price of around $2.1 billion.
