Kerry Picket and John Loiacono, both vice presidents at Enbridge Energy Partners ( EEP ) , bought shares of the company's stock on June 27. Puckett paid a total of $54,960 to buy 1,500 shares of the company's common stock at $36.64 per share. Loiacono paid a total of $102,474 to buy 2,800 shares at $36.60 per share.

IK-> The technicals for EEP ($35.66 down $0.04) are bullish with an upward trend. Recent support has been around $34.84 and recent resistance has been near $36.98. Standard & Poor's has a one STAR (out of five) rating on the stock. Look at the Oct. 27.50/32.50 bull-put spread for a 25-cent credit. That's a 5.3% return and the stock has to fall 8.9% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
