Martin Resource Management Joint-Venture Interest Awarded U.S. Patent - Shares Up 1%

Martin Resource Management Corp. ( MMLP ) joint venture-interest, Brimrock International Inc., has been awarded a patent by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its new generation sulfur granulation technology, effective immediately as Patent US 8,329,072 B2.

Brimrock's new generation sulfur granulation technology, known as the RS1500, allows sulfur producers access to a superior technical and commercial alternative for sulfur forming while meeting SUDIC standards for premium product.

MMLP is up 1% to $33.31, trading in a 52-week range of $29.46 - $37.91.
