LULU looks to go private

Lulumon ( LULU ) is up this morning after The Wall Street Journal revealed that founder Dennis Wilson was discussing the possibility of taking the company private. Wilson reportedly would like to have more influence on the company's direction. Shares are up 2.25% to 42.44.

Other stocks moving up today include; Cree ( CREE ), PetSmart ( PETM ), and Globalstar ( GSAT ). Grupo Financiero Galicia ( GGAL ), Petrolio Brasiliero Petrobras(PBR), and SYNNEX (SNX) were down.

IK-> The technicals for LULU are bearish with a slight upward trend. It has support at $37.25. The stock is up 2.25% today at $42.36. The company next reports earnings in mid-September. Look at the August 32.50/37.50 bull-put spread for at least a $0.21 credit. This trade has a target return of 4.4% and the stock has to fall 11.6% to cause a problem.
