Longs Hold Historical Advantage Trading Buffalo Wild Wings in Wake of After-Hours Earnings Reports

Buffalo Wild Wings ( BWLD ) is due with its Q2 results in tonight's after-hours session. The mean analyst estimate in a Capital IQ survey looks for EPS of $1.21 on $360 million in revenue.

In the last nine years, BWLD has shown mixed performance, widening its after-hours move 17 times the next day following 34 evening earnings events recorded.

Looking deeper into the data, bulls take note: the stock has recorded post-earnings gains in 19 quarters, widening that move 12 times, or 63% of the time.
