Logitech director sells $7 million in stock

Logitech ( LOGI ) director Daniel Borel sold 400,000 shares of the company's stock on Jan. 24 and another 104,841 shares on Jan. 29. The Jan. 24 sale was at $16.37 per share, while the Jan. 29 sale was at $16.37 per share. All told, Borel pulled in a total of $7,972,247.

IK-> The technicals for LOGI ($15.31 down $0.47) are bullish with a downward trend. Recent support has been around $15.46 and recent resistance has been around $16.23. Standard & Poor's has a two STARs (ouf of five) rating on the stock. Look at the June 18/21 bear-call spread for a 20-cent credit.
