Largest option trades in equities

Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

Williams (WMB): An investor purchased about 20,000 January 35 calls for $0.77 and sold a matching number of January 37 calls for $0.30. Known as a bullish call spread, the position will expand to $2 if the pipeline stock closes at or above $37 on expiration. WMB fell 0.49 percent to $34.17.

Nabors Industries (NBR): Some 8,000 March 18 calls were bought, mostly for $0.34 and $0.35, as investors look for the energy-drilling stock to rally into the spring. NBR rose 0.71 percent to $15.56.

Yingli Green Energy (YGE): Some 5,500 January 5 calls were bought, mostly for $0.30 to $0.35, as investors look for a rally in the share price. YGE rose 3.01 percent to $4.45.
