Largest option trades in equities

Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

Ironwood Pharmaceuticals (IRWD) More than 3,000 May 15 calls were bought for $0.60 to $0.75 as investors look for a rally heading into the company's investor day tomorrow. IRWD fell 2.99 percent to $11.02.

SPDR High Yield bond fund (JNK): An investor sold 2,000 December 40 puts for $0.05 and rolled the position down to 4,000 of the March 40 puts, which they bought for $0.80. The transaction increases and prolongs a downside position in the fund. JNK fell 0.12 percent to $40.54.

Kinross Gold (KGC): Some 10,000 May 6 calls were bought for $0.25, but volume was below open interest at the strike. KGC fell 0.41 percent to $4.82.
